The reception desk at our village in Castelnuovo del Garda is open, all day long, from 7:30 am to 10 pm.

If you would like to pre-purchase a ticket for any of the amusement parks in the Lake Garda area, such as the world-famous Gardaland, Movieland Caneva, Parco Sigurtà, and Parco Natura Viva, you can do so at our front desk.
For assistance, information regarding excursions and weather, bike rental and for any other needs you may contact the reception staff who will be happy to assist you.
